Complaint of not being notified of the recall alert for the power train:transmission:automatic:interlock system. The NHTSA campaign number:98V183000. I was made aware of the recall when I was on the inernet. Looking for the blue book value for resale. Please tell me what I should do now. I have noticesd the sliggishness of the car. Thank you.
