We have taken this vehicle in about 8 different times since we first purchased it for a "constant ticking noise at the engine" and loss of oil. We purchased it originally from autonation usa with an extended warranty and autonation attempted to repair the problem but could not and they recommended that we take it to a Chrysler dealer. We have taken the van to neal pope Chrysler Jeep in atlanta on 4 different occassions and they continue to say it's one thing after the other and nothing is fixing the problem. We are losing money, precious time, being inconvenienced constantly, and we are having problems with the warranty company who are refusing to pay for repairs. We could really use some help with this one!
