Vehicle accelerated and it struck another vehicle in the rear. Continued on and struck a telephone pole. Consumer was hospitalized, as well as the other vehicle's driver.

Vehicle will shake when consumer takes foot off gas pedal, and vehicle begins to downshift suddenly, and will cause this vibration. Dealership informed her that this was normal, and nothing was wrong with vehicle. Please provide any additional information/attachments.

Traveling 40mph applied gas pedal, but vehicle had no power. Would start to shake. Transmission gears not shifting correctly. Had it replaced. The 2nd transmission felt like it needed a tune up. After tune up, vehicle still not picking up power. Vehicle was shaking & rattling. Also had the mounts replaced & checked the axle. Nothing was wrong.
