The contact owns a 1999 Plymouth Voyager. While driving 20 mph, the vehicle accelerated automatically to 45 mph. The contact attempted to apply the brakes, but the vehicle failed to stop. The contact crashed into the rear end of another vehicle. A police report was filed. The VIN, engine size, # of cylinders, and powertrain were unknown. The current and failure mileages were 160,000.
