After the recall repair was done the horn stopped working, and the vehicle did not have power when accelerating. The contact took the vehicle back to daimler Chrysler, where the recall work was done, and the dealer refused to diagnose the vehicle. The dealer stated they performed the required recall repairs. The contact took the vehicle to another diamler Chrysler dealer and once she told them she had recall repairs done on the clock spring the dealer refused to work on the vehicle, and told the contact to take the vehicle back to the original dealer who performed the work. The transmission goes into gear without depressing the brake. The guide plates had damaging spots. The brakes had excessive clearance and damaged the trailing edge. The vehicle would be in operation at a stop on a slight incline, the gear was in drive, with the foot removed from the brake and the vehicle would roll backwards; (the same for reverse), the lens covers on the vehicle have yellowed and or had become opaque.
