This problem has been turned down in court because it is not classified as a safety problem. GM has replaced the original gasket material used in manufacturing due to the failure of the original equipment. My car is 10 years old with only 28,500 miles and I am looking at 700 to 1000 dollars to fix it. Is this fair????
