Leaking Fuel From Top Of Gas Tank

CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2009 is starting to have the same problems as previous model years, including the headlights blowing out due to bad connectors.

The wiring harness connections aren't a big deal to replace, as long as your dealer or mechanic doesn't charge you an arm & a leg to "diagnose" the problem.

GM has not addressed this issue of fuel leaking from their plastic fuel tanks. This is a very dangerous problem with a possibility for a fire to occur.

GM has issued other recalls for this vehicle but not the fuel leaking problem. How many people need to die for their negligence? They need to man up and recall these vehicles as the G6 is not the only vehicle that is leaking fuel.

This is my 28 year old niece's car and I care enough about her to loan her a car so she can park the G6 until GM takes action to resolve their carelessness in designing a faulty gas tank.

We Americans bailed their asses out and yet they ignore the hands that were there when they needed us.

All Americans with this same problem need to log onto the National Highway Safety site and register a complaint for this issue before people are killed. This is GM's responsibility to correct the fuel leak problems. Not Ours.
