Is not an ignition switch problem is not a fuse problem. Is not a bulb problem. May be in wiring/flasher. Turn signals and hazard flashers quit working for no reason when vehicle is moving or stopped. Does not matter if hot or cold or if engine is runnung or not. Will be refered to dealer for warranty exam and repair.
