Since 2012 the car started making a clicking noise in dash. took in to shop they say they don't hear it, but now it is non stop. I turn radio up loud just to not go crazy. sometimes the turning signals work but sometimes I have to push hazard button then turn it back off for signal to work. horn is moody too. most days it's fine then others it is stubborn. also I have to keep a screw driver for door latch on driver door it loosens up to the point it almost comes off.

I am still trying to remove the dashboard front cover (which is pretty tricky, trying not to brake those clips) and see if the hazard switch can be fixed by soldering, or definitively needs replacing, as instructed on GM's recall # RCRIT-03V327-5310. In the mean time, I just wiggle the hazard button until the turning signal works again. It normally fails in hot weather

Grand Am SE 4.2L

Every complaint I've read about this make and model on AutoBeef is exactly what I have experienced or am experiencing. I found on automotive.com that supposedly there is a recall for the hazard lights blinkers etc... and called customer service, who said my car does not qualify for any recalls. The electrical driver seat doesn't work anymore and I am experiencing the the fast clicking when my blinkers are not in use. I heard it would take approx $300 to replace!

I am completely irate about this and every other problem I've had with this car. I can say it was a mistake buying a GM car and dealing with them all the time I've had it. I wish I had my old Honda....

at least on car ride a week the turn signals wont work at all, they wont flash outside or in. it can get dangerous. i thought it was a short so i tried resetting it according to the manual but once i took the side panel off there was not a switch to reset it like the book indicated. meanwhile this is still happening...any suggestions of what is wrong with it or how much it may cost to get fixed?
