1)lost one speed on heater fan, than lost all speeds. Obviously in this climate, the defroster is a very important accessory. Had the heater resister replaced and got 4 speeds which was ok. It`S now 1 week later and it stopped working again. On a 2002 vehicle, this should not be happening. The warranty has run out because of mileage.
