A D V E R T I S E M E N T S
Porsche built and delivered vehicle without the ordered comfort system. Was not told this at time of delivery. When I noticed the problem was informed Porsche would send part when it becomes available. Just received email stating they will not be sending the part but here’s $1,000.
A. Comfort system cost more than $1,000. B. Would have never excepted delivery of car if I’d know it was missing a vital part. C. They have been charging full amount monthly for the last 6 months.
Do not want the vehicle with out that system.
How is this not fraud?
