Here is what happen. Started the car, put in reverse, when put in drive and got up to speed the auto lock engaged but would not lock, just super annoying fast clicking sound (please see video). Stopped the car. Tried to lock drivers side door but same reaction, the super fast annoying clicking. Could not lock door. Pushed actual lock to manual lock the door. Stopped by dealer. could not reproduce the action but had video - dealer service diagnosed the door lock actuator should be replaced based on video. Waiting for part to return to dealer to replace under warranty.
Car is 4 months old (2280 miles). Second unscheduled visit to dealer for a part failure (first was the amp mid July 2019). Both times parts not in stock requiring follow up visit to complete repair. I have read others are having transmission and engine problems so feel lucky for just some irritating issues but can't help but wonder what else is going to fail?
