Regarding my Subaru XV trouble, it's only 3 months old with gear trouble.

Why does Subaru not change a new one for me? Why they use my car in the case study? This case is only 3 months old and make sense that "this trouble come from Factory".

I think Subaru must take responsibility for this case URGENTLY.
