I had a replace my battery. My battery is new and my car won't start without jump starting it. It is a new battery. I brought to the dealership. They said there was a loose connection. They connected the wires. I was charged for diagnostic.
Car check engine light comes on going downhill in 3rd gear, car then shuts down and I loses control of car. Occurred on numerous occasions over the last 10 months and 20,000 miles or so. Taken to 2 different dealers, for a total of 5 visits and problem has not been corrected. The manufacturer was notified by registered mail and has done nothing to correct the problem. I am getting the run around from the manufacturer and both dealers, they are ignoring a very dangerous situation.
