On 11/26/2022, the dealership charged me to diagnose and reconnect the EPB cable which they claimed was left disconnected by a 3rd party after the brakes were replaced back in August 2021. I disagreed as the brakes and Eyesight had been operating properly for over one year. I received the EPB connector failure notification last Saturday 12/17/2022. Dealership absolutely knew of this issue and falsely accused the 3rd party and charged me regardless. Simply awful and absolutely unethical. Subaru should be ashamed, as this should be a recall.
