Have read so much about this problem and the court case covers up to 2022 Outback Touring models. Aha, ours is an early manufactured 2023 Outback Touring model and we're not covered even though we are/have experienced the same issues with our eyesight system and front/rear warnings. Looks like Subaru will get away with this one. ARGH!
