Since purchasing this 2011 Subaru Tribeca the headlights go out almost monthly. I researched the issue and it said it is a ballast problem. Sadly my oldest was driving in the winter in a snow storm home from college and both lights went out all she had was the fog lights and running lights to see in the storm she had to put the flashers on also. I then reported it to the dealership that sold me this lemon and they provide free bulbs to me whenever they burn out Unfortunately these bulbs are so dim I cannot see with them so I purchase my own HD 7 bulbs which go out quickly in this darn vehicle. I feel that there is faulty wiring in the front of the vehicle from the front end collision or it was a manufacture issue. I would like to see if this has been an issue for other Tribeca owners.

Subaru has replaced 6 headlights, fog lights, and one taillight in 7000 miles. No dealer has been able to find or rectify the problem. Subaru of America has been minimally helpful. I have started consulting a Texas Lemon Law Attorney, as well as the BBB.
