Folks stay away from Toyota Trucks for they rust and the cost is supreme on the other end of the mileage. I have been fighting this company for ever so long for the safety this rust has caused that they either replace the frame or come up with a vehicle that is safer. I personally think they need to leave the United States of America and sell their rusted pieces of junk to their people. I have came close to wrecks in this piece of junk that could have caused a fatality. The brake calipers are rusted; the motor support is ready to fall; the universal joints are going to fall out and cause the truck to flip. Thus far I have had to have the transmission changed due to the metal piping carrying the oil to the transmission and back to the motor had rusted and lost all the fluid. The vehicle stopped suddenly and had it not been for the seat belts I could have been thrown through the windshield. All brake linings have had to be replaced. The junction of all brake linings are rusted meaning where the linings are connected via threaded nuts have rusted. There is rust everywhere. SO PLEASE I PLEAD WITH ANYONE WHO IS GOING TO PURCHASE A TOYOTA TO PLEASE THINK THREE TIMES AND CHECK ELSEWHERE FOR YOU, LIKE ME, WILL BE A FINANCIAL LOOSER IN THE END! I ALSO PROMISE TO SEND OUT THESE REPORTS ON ANY SITE POSSIBLE FOR IT IS NOT FAIR TO US AMERICANS TO BE LIED TO. PLEASE TELL YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL; SENATORS; AND GOVERNORS OF YOUR STATE ABOUT THESE ISSUES WITH YOUR TOYOTA IF YOU OWN ONE.
