Front suspension cannot be adjusted / aligned as everything is seized. Vehicle never driven through salt water, so this is just corrosion from the air. Dealer inspected following Toyota guidelines for rusted Tacoma frames and indicated this does not qualify. No other vehicles I own or previously owned where I life experienced corrosion anything like this, including previous Toyota pickup truck.
