rear tire cupping / severe road noise
Just went to VW for 30000 service. Was told there was slight cupping and that i might notice some road noise. Left the dealership and the car sounds and rides like a $500 pickup truck on snow tires. Contacted vw "care" center and went through the hoops of bringing the car back for inspection (2 hours) and contacted vw 2 days later and was told that even though they recommend 10000 service intervals i should have had the tires rotated every 5000 miles, so no help for me. Others have had same problem and in appears to be a rear suspension problem that cannot be fixed, Design flaw. First and Last vw purchase for our family! Very disappointed with the way vw handled our case.
