This vehicle was in a serious accident this past weekend. It hit a barrier and then rolled on the highway, yet NO airbag deployed. Luckily the passengers weren't seriously injured but very nearly could have been fatal!! Since when does a VW come with such shocking supposedly 'safety features'! No one fiddled with the off the switch so in essence they were all on - and this for a vehicle that only had about 30 000 kms on the clock! I really hope that this can help others out there - CHECK YOUR VEHICLE SAFETY FEATURES ARE IN WORKING ORDER!!!!!!
Does anyone know who I could report this too at VW?????? They can expect a legal battle on their hands and I WILL be going to the media with this shocking story.
