2010 Volkswagen Jetta. Consumer writes in regards to a faulty gps the consumer stated when he entered his destination on the gps, he received an announcement that the destination was not possible. Volkswagen sent the consumer a $250 voucher for a software update. However, the update did not resolve the problem. A second software update then came out. However, the consumer was informed the vehicle was out of warranty, but he could purchase it, for $250
