There is a noticeable lag when you down shift in the standard to second gear, the car lags and then suddenly the power kicks in and you are off as if the engine has a turbo. They claimed it was transmission software. The actual repair was to the 02 sensor or something else. I cant keep track of the quirks, the issues and the headaches. calling vw canada is a waste of time.
