Letter to administrator from regarding a problem with his 2011 Volkswagen Jetta sel. The consumer stated 13 days after purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light illuminated. The consumer took the vehicle back to the dealer, but the problem was not resolved. The consumer went to another VW who has been handling the problem ever since. The consumer stated he has been to the dealer four times in order to resolve the ongoing problem. The consumer requested that Volkswagen write off the vehicle as a defective, unsafe vehicle; since the problem was in the fuel system (code PO456) evap leak.
