car door won't shut/latch
I was driving and all of the sudden my door swung open and I got injured when the door hit me while closing again. Then I parked and it wouldn't latch. After about an hour of trying to get it to close it finally closed. Last VW I will ever own...

Car has been into dealer 5X and still not fixed... Pain in the ass, all's you hear is we couldn't get it to replicate. Sometimes we can go for days/weeks without it clicking on and off, then some days it goes off 6-10 X. The door harness has been replaced and the back left ? Very disappointing and No one can figure out the issues. Doesn't look like we are the only people that have had issues with the locks and I refuse to buy a New Car then have issues that can not be taken care. It feels like we got a lemon. Other than this it's seems to be a pretty good car, that is until we find out what the heck going to happen with emissions thing. If it touches the MPG or the Zip of the car then it really is a Lemon. This is the 2 big reasons we bought it.

Door flew open at turn and hit a car. VW dealer said never heard of problem but many vehicles have the same issue with the door sticking shut or open... It is the door handle I think.
