Only happens when it is really cold. Try getting the dealer to fix something "they can't find".

Passat SE 1.9TDI

the electronic parking brake should release when the driver is wearing the seatbelt and the gears are engaged . Bu my car has an intermittent fault causing their action to fail sometimes once every couple of days sometimes two or thee times daily on a random basis. The car is three months old but the dealer cannot find a problem and refuses to carry out any work unless they can recover the cost under warranty leaving the problem with me. Nice Car? Yes, Driving experience ? bad ,Customer service NON EXISTENT
