Volkswagen has used cheap materials for the windows in the 2014 Passat. The car is only 2 years old and well maintained. The window went down and will not go up. We are taking it into VW and we will find out how much they are going to charge for likely a new motor. An electric window on an expensive car should not break in only 2 years of use.
