Dear Sir/Madam, I find it very painful to write this to you. On 30/04/2010 I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership OSL Exclusive Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata, West Bengal, India & vehicle registration No.WB60-D-3731, Volks Wagon, Passat,Saloon,CC-1968, no.WVWD103CXAA000328,Eng.No.CDA100348. Unfortunately, I am very much surprised to see that after only 5 years of use , I see that the entire roof sealing, roof Sealing cover and the sun roof has been spoiled and needs to be changed without any fault of mine. I had send it to the dealer and asked them that why such thing has happened in just 6 years of use. But they have no answer and rather they have send me a quotation Which is very shocking for me. The copy of the quotation is attached here with for your reference. So, I would like to know regarding manufacturing quality of this car that why we need to change these parts within a span of 5-6 years. I have cars from other known brands which I am using since last ten years but I have never faced such sort of defects in any of my cars. I would appreciate if you can contact the dealer and enquire the issues. It should be replaced free of cost. I would also like to mention that you must look into this and see that any car mfgd by a reputed Company by Volks Wagon, no customer should face this sort of problem. This is highly objectionable and I strongly feel that the Company should take it very very seriously so that this sort of problem is never faced by any customer in near future. I am very sure that you will understand my pain and would definitely look into this sort of complaint and will come forward to repair the defective parts due to poor quality free of cost to reatain the integrity and reputation of your Company.
