The contact owns a 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan. While driving approximately 10 mph, the air bag warning indicator illuminated and the horn failed to sound. The failure recurred several times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the screw, control unit, and cup needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage and VIN were unknown.
