The contact owns a 2013 Volvo C30. While driving approximately 4 mph and making a turn, the accelerator pedal was depressed and the vehicle failed to increase speed. The failure recurred several times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing and the turbo control valve was replaced. After the repair, the failure continued. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 560.
