The Volvo navigation system supposedly allows the user to select the fastest, shortest, etc path. It also supposedly allows the user to determine whether or not to use TOLL ROADS. However; if one selects NO TOLL ROADS --- the software just IGNORES THE OPTION and says if you want to use the software to travel to your destination, YOU MUST accept the software directing you to the very toll roads you said to stay away from!!! Makes absolutely NO SENSE!! I have used Magellan GPS devices for years and they appropriately FOLLOW THE DEMANDS OF THE USER!! What makes Volvo so all powerful to basically spit in the eye of the user??? I paid a very handsome sum for my new 2019 Volvo S-60 Momentum and now I have the option to PAY TOLLS or hook up my old Magellan add-on device and get the proper directions associated with my desires. Stupid is as stupid does.
