Video listed is not mine; however, it is the same issue. Roughly a few days ago when I started up the car for the 2nd time in the day it sounded a lot louder and was very rough. When I put the car into reverse it made a relatively loud clunk, then the vibration sound became louder. When I put the vehicle into drive the sound stopped until I let off the gas at roughly 20mph, then it sounded like gears were grinding. I have not yet attempted to fix this issue; however, many others who have had similar sounds say that replacing the upper motor torque arm may reduce it, and replacing the whole upper engine torque mount fixes the issue. I don't notice any difference in driveability but it is a rather scary and concerning noise to hear and I am not sure if it causes any more damage, so I avoid driving as much as possible due to it.
