Noticed that the brakes had become soft and breaking was less effective. Pedal was loose and there was a noise. We brought the car to the dealer for rectification.
The consumer indicated that the brake and accelerator pedals were too close. The consumer was driving into town, applied the brakes and hit the gas pedal at the same time. The consumer contacted Volvo but refused to take any responsibility for the defect.
