This issue first occurred in the summer of 2013. I would be driving along and all of the sudden the electrical system would just fail. I would pull over and restart the car and it would restart and on I would go. It probably happened about 4 times. I took it in and my mechanic could not find a problem. He changed some codes and that was that. It stopped happening as fall came on and then it happened again last June while driving on the highway with my kids in the car. I pulled over to the side of the road and started the car and it started up.
