Within the first 2 months of ownership, we had mice entry. Set traps inside the car and caught over 3 mice. Food is not eaten or stored in car. Volvo Care has no answers and neither did dealership. Since setting traps all around the car and leaving traps within the car, we will find a trapped mouse about every 4-6 months inside the car and numerous outside the car sometimes daily. Live on a non-working farm surrounded by dryland wheat. Nothing like paying over $45,000 for a mice mobile just to find mice crap all over the nice leather seats and dash....... Will never buy another one. Have tried to contact upper Volvo management but have thus far been thwarted. Can't find a decent email address. Have found a blog that has a few other Volvo XC90 owners with the same problem and no fix. Many horror stories of paying over $1000 to tear apart and try to fix problem only to find it did not work.
