The contact owns a 2005 Volvo XC90. The contact noticed a burning smell inside the passenger compartment. The vehicle would not start and was towed to the repair shop. The mechanic stated that the jack crank handle caused the failure. The contact was unsure if the vehicle was included in NHTSA campaign id number 07V221000 (electrical system:battery:cables). The current and failure mileages were 25,000.
