On September 18, 2017, I bought a brand new volvo XC90 at the dealer of California. 7 days later, the car's engine light was on. Our family was afraid to stop the trip and quickly to drive home to fear of trapped in the wilderness.
On Sept. 26 I came to the dealer to check the vehicle,the results showed the car need to replace a very important sensor.
I was very shocked to know that because this car just bought one week, I can not accept if it need to replace anywhere, and the day before the engine light to give us a psychological cause a lot of shadow, we all worried volvo car quality, so we decided to return.
Dealer does not agree with the return, only promised I can repair under the warranty period, I think this is unfair to the consumer, volvo car gave me a very bad experience.I don’t want it,i need return!
