This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
After we purchased the vehicle, we discovered that it did not come with a spare tire. It came with inflator kit. This is a huge safety concern to us. The inflator kit is a quick repair, a temporary tire sealer. The disadvantages with this, as we read online, is that this kit can only be used if the puncture is on the tire-??s tread and is not larger than 4 millimeters. It will not work if the puncture is on the tire sidewall. We spend most of our driving in remote areas where there is no cell phone coverage and repair shops are miles away. If we were to be stuck in a remote area without a spare tire, in a 110 degree weather or 20 degree weather it will be catastrophic. We cannot call for help and on a good day, usually we don-??t see another person or vehicle for hours. Also, the vehicle does not have space for a spare tire. Dealership or the manufactory needs to provide a warning label that this vehicle does not come with a spare tire. If we had known this formation, we would not have purchased the vehicle.
