The contact stated that the front driver-??s side door remained ajar, and an abnormal sound could be heard inside the vehicle. The contact recorded the sound at 99 decibels. The contact stated that the failure had been occurring since purchasing the vehicle in 2023. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however, no cause for the failure was found.
