Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Someone is trying to sell me a 2003 dodge stratus but its not running right now. It will start up and then cut right back off. I called the dealership where its located and they are saying it needs a new computer system and a skin module(located in the anti theft system) I have called some other dealerships and other people and they say that those might not be the problems, it could be a bad wire or something else. They are also telling me that if the skin module is bad, they won't know if they need a new computer system. Has anyone had this type of issue before? If so email me at
