I bought my 2005 Dodge Stratus from Enterprize Rental company, The next day I called and told them of the whining noise from engine or transmission or both, had it checked at Sears , they said they could not hear anything.

Had it checked at Dodge/Pontiac dealer and they said that noise was normal in that car, this is bull sh*t, the car only had just over 35,000 when I bought it.

Then a new noise started , it sounds like a rattle or spark knock in the engine at around the 65-75 MPH. but so far its running good. I have checked about this problem and only found 1-2 complaints. If anything breaks I hope it breaks under the 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty.
