CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2013 Edge has its fair share of problems, but chief among them is an annoying “door ajar†warning light that won’t shut off even when the door is most definitely closed. While the retina-burning, ever-present false reminder on your dashboard is bad, it points to a deeper problem that can drain the battery, leave the doors unlocked while in motion, or render the key fob useless.

Just expect a bulb on a practically brand new car, that's already had to have work done multiple times, to at least be covered by the dealer! We've had thousands in repairs done, they can't even swing a new light bulb for us! This car is one problem after another, and it's my first Ford! I previously always owned Toyota and none of this stuff ever went wrong with my Toyota vehicles...this may be my first and last Ford. Less than 35,000 miles and I bought brand new, has so many issues where-in, only had ONE issue with a 10 year old Corolla with nearly 100,000 miles which was still covered under warranty after it was 5 years old! Ford warranty is not even worth having in my experiences! I'm posting all the issues I can remember at the moment, individually as recommended. Just chose this as my venting point.
