my first attempt to get help was to contact my dealer. next I was told to contact the auto body mgr.. he told me there was nothing that he could do to resurrect the rotten auto.Still amazed that a vehicle that has been "My Baby", still shiny and new looking, rides nice and has been reliable to me, has cost me 5 years of payments, with regular maintenance, basically a cream puff, isn't worth fixing. so, I went to a private auto body professional, he told me to trade it in because it would be very pricey to repair all the sub frames that are rotting out my floor boards. also it still looks good and the salesman won't look under the vehicle. ouch!! my final attempt to get help was to call the "800" number to corporate @ ford. the last word on my truck is nothing will be repaired by the company that manufactured it. they do not stand behind their product. my 25 year relationship with ford motor company has now been severed. I will never buy another fix-or-repair-daily product again......"Disappointed in Hanson, MA"
