We were driving on a highway at 65 mph. Suddenly the speedometer needle dropped to zero, then the transmission shifted into first gear, causing the rear tires to lock up and start skidding. Within 2 seconds the speedometer needle went back up to the correct speed, the transmission shifted back up, and the truck continued on with no further issues. There were no warning indicators or errors displayed on the dash and the obdii scanner showed no error codes at all. Ford has already issued csp 19N01 for this exact situation, but to qualify the vehicle has to receive a specific list of diagnostic codes (which our vehicle got none of). I don't understand how this hasn't been declared a recall. If it had been raining, or we had been in heavy traffic, the locking up of the rear wheels would have likely resulted in an accident, and at highway speeds it could have easily resulted in injuries or a fatality.
I filed a complaint 11388782 1/18/2021 on this abrupt transmission downshift and it happened again yesterday. Fortunately, no one was behind me and I survived another very scary moment. I spoke with Ford today and they said there had been a recall notice sent that I never received and now since my vehicle has 172000 they say the recall was only good until 150000 miles. This is definitely a safety issue that Ford needs to extend the recall. If my vehicle had a recall why didn't the various Ford dealerships that I have been to for service over the years notify me also. I think Ford failed to notify me of this flagrant safety recall.
Got in my car at 9:30 pm. I had auto started my car. I entered the vehicle, inserted my key and then the driver side of my rear window shattered with a loud explosive pop that startled me. I was stationary at the time, thank goodness, or I might have driven off the road. After some research, I noted that there were others who had the same issue. That is why I am reporting this to you.

My husband and I bought the 2013 F150 platinum on Oct. 17th 2020 with 96,726 miles on it. At 97,400 miles, we have put less then 700 miles on the used vehicle when all of a sudden on Dec. 4th 2020 our window shatttered. My husband parked the truck in the drive next to the house as we have always done with all our vehicles. My husband was heading out for work on Dec 4th 2020 when he heard what seemed like a gun shot going off. He had used the auto start on the truck and went out about 5-10 minutes later to place his lunch bag and coffee thermos in the rear floorboard of the truck like he does every morning. He closed the door and started to walk towards the end of the driveway to check the mail from the previous day since it had not been checked. When he closed the door and got to the rear of the truck he heard the loud bang ( gun shot sound), thinking it was a gun shot he walked back to the front of the truck and around it looking for any indication of a gun shot or a person with a gun.his military training kicked in... upon investigating he found nothing that seemed out of the norm so hecontiued down the drive, checked the mail and got back to the truck to go to work. Driving to work he seen on the back window what he thought was ice. He turned the rear defrost on waiting for it to melt off and thought nothing more of it. That afternoon after work he had realized the ice look was still there. When he got home he looked at the window closer. Come to find out it was the rear drivers side window that had made the loud sound. The window had shattered for no real reason. The window is a hazard as it could of fell out while driving down the road. I have contacted Ford and reported the issue. Waiting on a return call as to if they are going to replace the window under warranty or not. I have seen several reports about this same issue other places online.
While driving the wrench light came on and the speedometer, odometer, fuel economy, ect. On the dashboard quit working and the airbag warning light lit up. When I turned the key off and restarted it, it went away. This happened 3 times.

Vehicle has outstanding safety recall NHTSA# 19V075 (manuf recall# 19S07). Repeated attempts to schedule recall with local dealers failed. Dealers either did not respond or says they will "get back with you". contacted Ford and they sent email stating that they will get it taken cared of, then nothing. Follow-up emails go unanswered. Been trying to schedule this since April. Please help.
Blower motor is turning on and off and I have no air when it is 80 degrees 90 degrees and hot! also, hadd to replace master cylinder and was told my truck was not part of recall with exact same problems as recall.
Put truck into park to help truck ahead of us unload bed. Our truck was in park with engine on, within 3 min truck began accelerating and crushed body in between two trucks. Had to press breaks (car still rolling) shift into reverse, back into park before car would stop rolling then went into reverse.
While driving on the interstate at approximately 55 miles an hour on straight road at steady speed without warning the truck began to lurch jump and lose power, regain power and lose power. I noticed that the speedometer was very erratic and I had a light flashing on the dash as well. This pattern repeated until I eventually had to pull off the side of the road and restart the truck. It drove correctly the rest of the way home after that.
Sunroof fails to close *doesn't engage in to fully seal/locked position. And re-opens. No possible way to manually close without removing headliner. Vehicle was stationary one returning home and engaging close switch to sunroof. Now security and weather tightness is compromised.
I took my 2013 F150 with an open recall to Ford dealer and was running fine before they reprogram the power control module I starting having problems when the vehicle is running speedometer going of air bag light on and also a big wrench came out on the display when I stop it only star drive in on 3rd gear to 5 gear the other gears don't work until I turn off the vehicle and turn it back on but I star driving again and does it again same thing
Defrost blower motor not working, can't keep windows clear for driving safely. Electrical system takes power away from non essential systems and redirects for critical systems if the battery is low or alternator is not working correctly, but there is no indication of what the issue may be.
I am having trouble with my eco boost because when I start my truck I have a loud rattling sound then my truck loses power and shakes alot like a compression leak
While driving down straight road at 30mph, left rear window shatters with no explanation. Rear window defroster was on and had been on for approx. 5 minutes prior to shattering. No bumps in road or road debris.
I crank my truck up this morning to let it warm up while sitting in the driveway turn the rear defroster and heard a loud bang then I look back and noticed my driver side rear window was shattered
The truck has a 3 pane, power slide, and defrost rear window. The rear window on the passenger side randomly shattered. The window itself did not fall out and didn't visually have any marking suggesting a forced entry or impact. The vehicle was stationary in a parking spot all day while at work. The truck was also back up to a wall so it is very unlikely that anything could have hit it. The truck was parked directly under a security camera and after review of the footage, no evidence was found as to what could have caused it. The window itself is still intact (as shown in the attached picture) like the outside layers are holding it together. The weather that day was very cold in the morning and got relatively warm throughout the day. I noticed the broken window at the end of the day when leaving work. This window is being repaired this coming Monday for $699 + tax so I do not have any copies of the invoice yet. My insurance also had a higher deductible than what this is going to cost so I chose to cover it out of pocket.
