7 new stereos, 2 ignition cylinders, a few trunk latches, transmission trouble(dealer cannot duplicate), 20,000 miles I have to replace 4 tires and 4 brake pads, horrible grinding noise when stopping, shakes on the freeway when braking, misassembled interior rails, and many others. I am completely dissatisfied with this vehicle, I will never, ever buy another Ford vehicle and I will certainly never reccomend a Ford to anyone.

Rear tires have been replaced four times with 60000 mile tires and it is eating the tires in less than 20000 miles. The rear of the car is vibrating and bouncing at all speeds but is worst at 55 to 65 mph. I have tried to get it fixed several times and the dealerships keep saying it is the alignment. Alignment has been corrected and verified several times with no result. All recall work to date has been completed by dealerships.

Tires wore out and started to separate at this milage, dealer won't help, also wheel bearing replaced due to failures. Dealer and Ford accept no responsiblity for defective equip. Bearing noise noticed at 7K miles dealer finally replaced bearings at 23750 miles. Cust is going thru arbitration to lemon the car. Running into probs with this also Ford won't take it back. 8 recalls is enough (tiresize: P19570R15)( dot number: Tire size: P19570R15 )

T304579 cgw 74mmc E13 027430, where lettering "rsa" appears, 8 inches to left as looking at tire, and 4 inches to right before beginning of the word "Goodyear" where area of wording Goodyear is imprinted, down to almost area where tire strikes the ground, a bubble has appeared outwards, approximate size is 2 1/2 inches, outside is area of 1/4 top of golf ball size protrusion. Area is visible with no apparent damage to rim nor tire. Definite defect in this tire! if protrusion continues, it will grow outwards from the tire, and soon will be in an area underneath where tire strikes the ground!
