One day I got into my car and the heat started to blow out the wrong vent, so I tried it switch it but nothing happened no matter what I did. Also the temperature control was broken and could not adjust the temperature. Junk if you ask me, fixing the problem is only temporary not permanent.

Since purchase 2 yrs ago, no matter the setting on the AC or heat, it comes out of all vents. cant' direct to just your feet, or all & #4 speed doesn't work at all. Defrost takes forever maybe because it's coming out of all the vents! Never really gets hot or cold for the AC.
