Took the car in for the 60K service. When I got it back it maintained a high idle. When you put it in neutral to coast to a stop or make a turn it growls,( for lack of a better term)
Yes I know you should down shift and not coast, brakes are just cheaper than clutch. Any way, service person at the dealership is telling me that after they reset the computer the car has to learn how I drive again, and that I will need to just drive it for a few days and see of the problem continues.. Mind you I drive 64 miles one way to work. I drive more in one day than most people do in a week... ARE THEY CRAZY????? Oh, yeah I own a shop, only took it there for warranty purposes... Thinking NOT AGAIN... Thats if I get it back and it runs correctly.. Anybody else have this issue?? Did your car relearn your driving habits???
