Had to pay an unexpected $130.00 for diagnostic charge to determine that the Rear View Camera was not working properly. Now, RICHMOND FORD LINCOLN in Richmond, Va informs me there is a $600.00 charge. Also, the Rear Camera recall is only for 2020 models. Apparently, this has been happening to Ford customers all long. I don't have $600.00 to repair a Rear View Camera in these difficult times.
This is a safety factor!
Add to this, there is a front right speaker (passenger side) that now puts out a distorted sound. The cost to repair this is $200.00. It appears to be related to FORD's computer system. WHY?
