When reversing on an incline when parallel parking, parking, or reversing out of a parking spot sometimes, the car seems to pop in and out of gear or slip out. It causes the vehicle to lurch very hard. Bad noises occur when it does this. I took it to dealer, and they "could not replicate the problem". The car does it mostly when it's near or below freezing outside, regardless if the car is warmed up or not.
