Long story. 1)Wife drove thru crack sealing tar and tires were extremely unbalanced.. County's fault so they agreed to cover cost. 2)Tire shop got tar off. I think they turned them down. Now after sharp left turns, the car pulls left. After sharp right turn car goes straight. 3)Tire shop aligns X3. Same problem. 4)Tire shop blames tires. Puts new set on. Same problem. Puts old tires back on. 5)Tire shop blames front struts. Puts new Monroe struts on. Now wheel turns hard and makes grinding sound when steering wheel is turned. 6)Tire shop says new struts defective. Puts another set of Monroe struts on. Same problem. 7)Monroe admits their struts do not work on my cr-v. Monroe pays for new Honda struts. $1300. Still pulling but no more grinding. 8)Tire shops says problem is fixed and see ya. 8)Car still pulls left after sharp left turn. Goes straight after sharp right turn. HELP
